Burner (a.k.a. disposable) mobile phones are often used by this kind of engine tuning operator due to the high levels of complaints they get, so the likelihood is you’ll never get to talk to them again.

Amateur's that use cloned equipment and substandard map files, don't care about their reputation either as they don’t have one. (does not apply to all mobile tuners, some are well equipped and trained, however, they are quite rare)
