DENIAL
Despite the high number of owners expressing their dissatisfaction online, it appears that service staff are “At Best” playing down the situation and assuring people with issues, that they are in the minority.

Volkswagen says the number of affected drivers is minimal, although reports of problems on some websites are growing and drivers affected, argue that it can’t just be a coincidence.
Many owners say their cars were working perfectly before the recall, with others saying that they had experienced breakdowns soon after their visit to the dealer.
Some drivers have been faced with significant repairs bills and are furious at their treatment.
Can It Be REVERSED?
YES, technically it is possible to REVERSE the recall, however dealers are not able or willing to offer the solution to unhappy customers.
I suspect that they are not allowed to, but to customers who feel they have been left high and dry that is no consolation.
